  • Review, analyze, and enhance existing instruments to maximize effectiveness
  • Enhance, revise, and/or develop survey instruments for use within their specific organization
8/30 - Using Data to Tell Your Story III - Analyze and Implement, Feeding into Strategic Plan: We've got all this data...NOW what do we do???

Participants will learn:
  • Strategies and techniques to analyze, share, and utilize programmatic data
  • Strategies to develop a manageable "plan of action" to communicate and implement data-driven decisions

Intermediate – three to five years of nonprofit experience either in administration or programming
